Jagersieger Tess (A) BH, ZTP.
Born 22^nd November 1990 Died 27th March 2002

Tess was put down on the 27th March 2002 this was due to her suffering from a tumour in her Shoulder which render her on three legs, despite this Tess was still super in her mind and this made the decision to send to the big Kennel in the sky extremely difficult but was the best thing for her. Tess was from day she was born to the day she died an exceptional Rottweiler and will be extremely missed By Jenny, Courtney, Chandler and Michael.

Tess was our second Rottweiler she is very spoilt and very much the typical of the true Rottweiler. She loves to lie on the bed this mainly due to her spending the first two years sleeping with Jenny & I. We first got involved in the ANKC obedience scene and this was ok but like most people that buy Rottweilers we wanted more. So we started showing this was great fun we got to meet many lovely people. It was through showing. While Tess was not the star of the show she did ok under specialist breed Judges. We decided to breed Tess that was when we started to look for a stud dog that would be suitable.

That is where the fun started we had just started to here about the way they do things in Germany and this really got me interested in the metal side of the dog and it's behavioural characteristics, this then led to discover Schutzhund/Dogsport we had heard a little bit about the breeders we purchase Tess from and had gone to a couple of their training sessions. Which Tess Jenny and I really enjoyed but we stayed focused on the show ring for a little before we really got into the sport. What we did not know was how much more difficult this made our decision on a prospective Stud Dog; anyway we finally made the write choice.
